Testimonials
“I’m a retired physician. I was told I needed surgery. I started reading — they did some pretty good studies on this — and I opted for the injections instead. It was painless.”
“I’m very happy with the improvement I’ve had. My knee and lower back pain decreased and I feel more energetic throughout the day. This was the best decision I’ve made!”

Who you would see
Cynthia D. Hazelwood
APRN, MSN, FNP-C
Cynthia has practiced as a family nurse practitioner for 17 years, after more than 15 years as an RN across med-surg, oncology, cardiovascular, orthopedic, pediatrics and PICU, labor and delivery, geriatrics and postpartum.
She spent eight years as an Assistant Nursing Professor at Weber State, teaching in both the Nursing and FNP programs, and has spent the last three years in regenerative medicine, trained under several regenerative physicians.
She will assess your joint and tell you what she sees. If you are not a candidate, she will say so.
The call
We go through the joint that’s bothering you, how long it has been going on, and what you have already tried. You’ll hear plainly whether it’s worth coming in — including when it isn’t.
Regenerative medicine is self-pay, and we go through the numbers on the call rather than in a room. No payment is taken on the call and nothing is decided on it.
The evaluation and the injection can happen in your own home, anywhere Cynthia is licensed. Nothing is scheduled until the call says it makes sense, and you’re welcome to have someone with you.
